Welcome to my world of traveling! I am The Travel Bug. “A mile of highway will take you one mile… A mile of runway will take you around the world.” An airport is your gateway to the world! In the past 12 months I have traveled to Belize, British Virgin Islands (BVI’s), Canada (Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Vancouver), Costa Rica, Denmark, Dubai, England, Germany (Berlin), Grand Cayman, Greece (Athens, Santorini), Ireland, Italy, Mexico, South Korea and Turks & Caicos.
I was bitten by The Travel Bug at a young age when my family took a trip overseas to Europe. This was my first experience flying, and it was a big deal back then to “go abroad!” The trip included a week of skiing in the Swiss Alps, Zermatt to be exact, followed by a two-week road-trip traveling throughout Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg.
There’s no denying that traveling adds a richness to life that simply cannot be substituted by anything else. So much of what you are is where you’ve been! Yet, to have a seamless, hassle-free adventure requires a great deal of research, planning and coordination. Traveling can be a bit daunting, which is why I developed this website.
My goal is to build a community of travelers, adventurers, and explorers who would like to share their travel experiences. In so doing, this website will offer a plethora of resources for destinations covering all corners of the world. This site will provide useful information based on actual experiences by travel enthusiasts like yourself! My hope is to save you time and money so that you may realize maximum enjoyment from your travel adventures!
